CASPER UPDATE: APRIL 13, 2010
Last night and again this morning The World Court and others gathered in D.C. stated absolutely and unequivocally the packs had gone out for delivery this afternoon. They were lying.
The packs have been located, still in the Supreme Court as WE type. They never went out.
And now, WE have just learned the reason for the last two days delay: THE WORLD COURT WAS ONCE AGAIN TRYING TO TRADE THE FUNDS.
