CASPER UPDATE #3: APRIL 9, 2010
The packs were picked up from UPS by the Military as ordered by the World Court narrowing the question to who's orders would they then follow, the World Court or the orders of Obama and the Top Brass at the Pentagon.
The packs were taken to and have now been located at Ft Benning Georgia Military Base, the fourth time WE have found them there over recent months. This of course answered the question of who's orders they are following.
The Supreme Court has now "folded" to Obama and is no longer working for us. They now say they are part of the Corporation and must follow the orders of the head of the Corporation which is Obama. They have been providing mis-leading information all day leaving no doubt they are bowing down to Obama on all issues.
Obviously this on going intransigence by Obama, the Corporation and now the Court will eventually lead to catastrophic economic consequences for our country which more and more appears to be part of his intentional plan to destroy the country.
Anything, anything at all, to preserve himself in power and maintain the status quo.
Have you read Sarkozy's remarks on the net today quoting French News Sources saying Sarkozy, speaking in French, referred to the possibility Obama might be INSANE (English interpretation of the French word used).
The packs are still at Fort Benning tonight.

Who controls John Roberts? The Vatican.
pps: The Marshal Plan funds have been located in the Vatican's coffers.
Who sent the money to those coffers? John Roberts.
John Roberts promised a portion of that money to many other countries.
The Pope says all the money belongs to him.
