CASPER UPDATE: APRIL 7, 2010
ALL carriers/courriers are being threatened again should they attempt deliveries. "They" claim the carriers have been bought and paid for and will be sued should they touch the packs.
There were four deadlines Monday and another three or four yesterday for payment of Bribery Money to the carriers which were not met. The carriers claim they have not been paid. They claim the packs are out for delivery today but WE are unable to verify this and frankly WE doubt it is true.
Bribery of Carriers using "if come" money belonging to others is surely illegal on its face not that legalities have the slightest meaning to the D.C. Corruption Operation.

p.s. As I type word arrives the packs have been taken from the carriers this morning and returned to the Supreme Court.
