CASPER UPDATE: APRIL 6, 2010
This morning the packs are back in the Supreme Court again .
The COURT and "YING" (who is present again) are saying they are 'locked down' and will never leave there again. They are refusing to listen to anyone.
They are quite irritated and upset that the remainder of their hidden accounts have been located.
These are 'International Packages' and it will now be up to the Countries and others what happens next.
