CASPER UPDATE #1: FEBRUARY 23, 2010
In spite of the problems reported yesterday the packs were supposed to be in position for delivery by 9 or 9:30 a.m. this morning. At the end of this update conservation the party WE were talking to said that "a minor difficulty" had come up.
WE were asked to do something.
When WE tried to call back all lines of communication had been cut off.
WE don't know yet whether this means that still more people have been bribed or bought off or whether "friends" have become liars also, but "friends" have broken promises.
The packs are back in D.C..
