CASPER UPDATE: FEBRUARY 17, 2010
Her ladyship THE QUEEN is once again leading the blockage and sabotage efforts with assistance from England, France, Germany and Italy.
She and those Countries are attempting to blackmail the other Countries into going along with her plans saying she must have our funds to survive. As we all know she has lived her entire lifetime on funds stolen from others.
At this time the packs are back in The Supreme Court.
