CASPER UPDATE #2: FEBRUARY 15, 2010
This morning Obama (U.S. Corporation), England, France, Germany and Italy are saying they "will not release anything", that they and their banks must have our funds to survive. Of course this is not new but demonstrates the ongoing status of blockage.
The head Judge of the World Court (Japan) is saying the packs must go out immediately. The four Judges representing the above countries and the countries themselves say they will not release and the four Judges are trying to blackmail and threaten the remaining eleven with "or else" type threats.
