CASPER UPDATE #1: FEBRUARY 15, 2010
Deliveries continue to be delayed most recently with the help of the World Court. Their motivation is once again BRIBERY.
The packs were out for delivery Friday, Saturday, Sunday and this morning but were ordered back on each occasion by the World Court.
They were trying to divert huge amounts of previously traded funds to OBAMA and his crowd only to find the funds "locked down" and not accessible. The Court has been saying this weekend "we control these funds" but have subsequently learned otherwise. They had been trying to transfer these funds from previous trades to Obama expecting "a piece of the action" for themselves. These funds have been seized and locked down.
Regarding the Lawsuits, verdicts and stacks of papers delivered to Obama and Hillary last week we find no movement of a positive nature and suspect that is part and parcel of their deal making with Obama.
ALL F&P money was moved out of Treasury for safety's sake yet the World Court continued to try to access these accounts for the purpose of also diverting these funds to Obama. Here again they have encountered "triple lock downs" they were unable to penetrate.
With the packs having been pulled back again this morning WE are unsure what comes next, will report when possible.
