CASPER UPDATE: FEBRUARY 9, 2010
The packs had been retrieved from UPS which was following OBAMA's orders not to deliver and were re-scheduled for delivery by other means beginning at 7 P.M. EST tonight.
Homeland Security, acting on OBAMA's orders, has intercepted the new carriers and now has possession of the packs and the carrier personel.
OBAMA continues to say we will never receive, that he must have the money to save the Corporation and the Banks and if necessary he will go after the recipients, statements made by him dozens of times before as reported here each time.
Obviously the Financial/Banking/Monetary meetings around the world this past weekend were not about how to gracefully accept the new but rather how to preserve the old at all cost.
