As the packs moved back and forth to Canada it became obvious something else was going on as the attempted trades through there were to easily caught and stopped and well known for that to be the true problem.
The "something else going on" was trading being done through Bundesbank. Proceeds from those trades have been confiscated and one trade coming off at noon today will enjoy the same fate. The purpose was to cover massive thefts from Bundesbank and other banks associated with the QUEEN which included massive shortages at banks in Scotland, Ireland and other British Isles. All the usual suspects were involved for a cut of the action.
Deliveries could not occur so long as this trading was going on.
The High Courts within the Countries finally "broke the back" of this trading operation overnight while learning that the World Court had secretly authorized all these top secret trades designed to loot aspects of the program funds while backfilling previous thefts by the QUEEN and others from all these many banks including Bundesbank and Royal Bank of Canada.
WE now anticipate deliveries late today.
