CASPER UPDATE: DECEMBER 18, 2009
The most difficult updates to write are those, like now, when WE can not explain why deliveries have not already occurred.
Either last minute problems continue to delay deliveries or our "sources" are lying to us. There is no reason to believe the latter so we suspect the former. WE were informed, and we believe it to be true, that deliveries were scheduled at least twice since we last updated. As you can observe by reading this weeks updates from the various messengers there is much activity on several fronts simultaneously affecting our business. These various items are top secret of course and involve the "Second Rail" players we have often written about. Those allied with the NWO and their Hoax in Copenhagen, U.S. Nationalized Healthcare and unlimited "Quantitative Easing" (the distribution of Trillions of dollars from thin air to preserve their ponzi operations) have obviously not given up or vacated the playing field. Even so it should be expected that their bankrupt charade would continue until the last moment when announcements are made and the new arrives with the sun. Then, suddenly, there it is on national television. Stomping the life out of a pit full of vipers is not an easy thing to complete. WE must assume in view of the lack of "hard news" at this moment, that is what is happening and the various updates from various messengers this week support that view.
As to the weather it is unlikely "our side" has waited all week so they could then use the snow storm as an excuse to put things off until next week. If deliveries are put off until then, and WE have no news to that effect, then a more likely reason would be to not interrupt the flow of tens of billions of dollars over this last weekend of Christmas shopping.
"Our side" must surely understand the disappointment and heart break experienced by recipients over so many many Christmas Seasons. There is no reason to believe they are not doing everything possible to avoid another such outcome.
