CASPER UPDATE: NOVEMBER 29, 2009
As the packs were back enroute to D.C. late yesterday the IMF Countries in D.C, right now were extremely anxious to get their hands on them supposedly so they could turn them around for delivery first thing this morning.
It turns out they were offered enormous bribes to stall deliveries in order to stall announcements today and tomorrow. More of that famous "if come" money was the carrot.
When confronted they said "You will get your damn packages when We say so and not before". WRONG ANSWER.
They are out again for delivery tonight.
