CASPER UPDATE #3 : NOVEMBER 16, 2009
After today's second update reporting the packs enroute back to D.C. still another "turn around" occurred which WE decided not to report at that time.
Supposedly they were back enroute to us for delivery tonight.
What actually happened is that they went back out all right, they went back to Canada where they are right now to support still another trade attempt by the QUEEN. That trade is underway right now.
