CASPER UPDATE #2 : NOVEMBER 16, 2009

The packs were back out for delivery today beginning 1 p.m. EST. They are now enroute back to D.C..

This has become a daily occurrence which, quite honestly, WE can not explain.

Nor do WE know what comes next.
