CASPER UPDATE #3 : NOVEMBER 15, 2009
The update sent 15 minutes ago giving a "heads up" for tomorrow has been superceded by incoming calls providing the following Intel.
The packs had left D.C. as stated headed for us. Now comes news they have been intercepted, are headed North, will bypass D.C. and be taken directly to the Queens Bank, The Royal Bank Of Canada where still another trade will be attempted.
Obviously her Ladyship is not the only party involved here but she is the primary force, she is in desperate need of funds "TO SAVE THE MONARCHY".
