Some of you continue to insist that Casper respond to WhistleBlowers "Offer That Can't Be Refused"--- so here goes.
"The good guys" and "WE" have managed to get this far Whistleblower without your help, or even your knowledge of what is happening.
"WE/THEY" will manage the delivery of the hundreds of thousands of "non-existant" packages without your help or knowledge as well.
