CASPER UPDATE #1: OCTOBER 18, 2009
Same problem today as yesterday.
Packs out for delivery this afternoon said our World Court Sources and Sources in China.
One or more Wld. Court Judges, likely the same one as yesterday, orders the trigger packs returned to D.C. where they have now arrived.
INTERPOL had delivery responsibility today as they have had in the past, something WE with held for security reasons.
WE have had experience in times gone by of Interpol following the orders of The Queen and Bush Senior and suspect they have done so again with "legal" back-up from the German Justice.
