The packs had been taken to the Japanese Embassy yesterday and were located there this morning.
A full delegation of Code-Breakers from China and Japan were gathered there to try and break into the accounts. Having failed to do so they were about to open the packs to use the contents in their efforts when "The Calvalry" arrived and removed the packs around 1 p.m. EST today.
This was a joint operation of the U.S., Japanese and Chinese Governments.
Had they opened the packs all present at the Embassy would have been arrested and charged with Treason.
Diplomatic Immunity does not apply under Treason charges.
No packs had been opened.
OBAMA is broke. He can not beg, borrow, or steal a dime.
As matters stand now deliveries will be Monday.
