STATEMENT FROM MR. WHISTLEBLOWER 9-10-09

I would like to express my sincerest thank to the two readers (One from RMN and the other from fourwinds10.com) for the documents sent to us reference to Antonio Santiago Martin. All in all I have received a total of 21 individual copy documents

These documents, in both cases, were obtained direct from the person known as Antonio Santiago Martin some time ago.

Having analyzed these documents very carefully and undertaken numerous telephone calls, faxes, and email communications, I can confirm to the readers of both RMN and fourwinds10.com that the copies of official documents and banking documents received are in fact totally fake and fabricated for what appears to be an attempt to commit fraud.

To describe all of the necessary discrepancies within the copy documents received, who cover at least 20 – 25 pages, so I do not intend to burden people with such descriptions, but I will describe briefly some points below:-

There are slight disparities within the margin spaces between the top parts and the bottom parts of some of the letters, which indicate that these disparities occurred when sections of the document were copied over from other documents, or, the document was constructed by using “Photoshop” or “Cora” computer programs.

The letters that are claimed to derive from HSBC are in fact fakes and invalid. In compliance with International Banking Law such letters should include the signature of two (2) Senior Officers, complete with applicable seals, whose authority level was the same as, or greater than the monetary value attributed to such letters.

At the level of monetary value and the claimed association with International Institutions, the local UN office in Manila would NOT be involved under any circumstances and would not act as an intermediary source for connection to the Banking System.

Note: Having had personal dealings with the UN office in Manila, and having been to their offices and met several of the senior staff, I advise that corruption, lethargy, ineptness, incompetence and arrogance are very prominent.

At the level of claimed monetary value, such communications, transaction, or similar with any bank would be handled right at the top and from the Head Office of the applicable Bank, not some secondary branch or Regional Head Office of a Bank.

The claimed UN Letter is not of the Official Letterhead of the UN, or on the applicable Official Letterhead of the Office of the Secretary General.

Records show that there is an International Arrest Warrant issued against Antonio Santiago Martin, of San Sebastion, Bulacan, Philippines.

To confirm my original comments. The documents provided to me clearly and indisputably are fake and forged documents holding no legal status whatsoever, constructed for the purpose of fraudulent intent against the assets of the Collateral Accounts held in the Philippines (otherwise referred commonly but mistakenly as “The Marcos Treasures or The Marcos Gold). They are not lawful or valid in any form and can not be used under any circumstances in any legitimate form.

Readers, including the people of the Philippines, are advised to take all precautions against becoming involved with such people as Antonio Santiago Martin, or, the theft of assets of the Collateral Accounts from the Philippines, and many other countries, irrespective of any so-called or claimed Official documentation.

To all persons who may be concerned, involved, or whom may have knowledge of:  You are welcome to make contact with us on any such matters, and provide relevant documentation, whereby we will advise you accordingly on same.

You are also advised to review the previous post reference to the sections that are in Red Type Print.

The above clearly indicates that yet another conman / criminal exists, or did exist. When will people learn and when will they start to understand the real and legitimate situation..
