A QUESTION FOR CASPER

Casper,
I for one very much appreciate all you have done over the years. These updates have been a lifeline and a lot more concise than the old days of endless phone calls with a wide range of answers. I believe you have the best contacts as you go into details and timelines that others do not. I remember you stating that you were in front of a computer looking at the amounts we will receive. I certainly think that you can't get much closer to the truth than that. With what little sanity I have left after making bad decisions the last 15 years or so, I am wondering if we have the power to get this final push over the top or does the other side have too much power? Could we simply make multiple sets of packages so if one is intercepted we could simply mail out another? Probably sounds too simple. Or could we go overseas to obtain our funds if the blockages seem to be our government? I'm sure that we should be able to find a safe place to receive if in fact Basil II and Basil III are in force as we are led to believe. I have bought shares for many family members and friends and I know they all think I am nuts for still believing. It seems like my only close friends are all involved in the programs. I must be a sicko as I have thought we were over the top 10 years ago. Are we truly closing this out or could we be at this same spot 10 years from now? I don't think the country or us lenders could possibly survive another 10 years. I would appreciate ANY assurances that this thing is close to happening and not simply a pipedream we are all hanging onto!

Your e-mail motivates me to respond to you and in turn the many, who have asked your questions in many ways. A, we are about to receive, as early as tomorrow.
They might do something unforseen and again delay deliveries. No one can say for sure that won't happen. but they have already done that several days in a row. Our side then knocked them down another peg. Plans are made to keep on knocking them down a peg till they get religion. It appears to me I am describing the past. It has already been done and has reached the point that the packs are again enroute, as I type. It is important, I think, to warn you that "they" would have you believe that someone or something is knocking down the United States. Not true, to the very best of my understanding. It is a CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE known as the CORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES, which is getting knocked down, and Evil by Good.
A, you speak for some and question for many. If it were anything different than described above, WE might hesitate, but WE would write the truth,, as WE understand it even, if it was wrong.
I bet you have considered what we have endured and our loss's along the way. Will it be worth it? In my view it all depends upon what we do with the money.
