The amount involved was $4T rather than $5T, OBAMA managed to break into some of the Trust Accounts, which ones unknown, and paid a bribe of $4,000,000,000,00 to Red China via wire transfer to try to pay them off without delivery occurring.
WE hear CHINA will not be able to use these funds and they will be returned to their proper place.
