Dear Mr Bellringer,

Ref: Chris Story's accusations of Libel.

Dear Mr Story, I would like it to be known to all that my response to your article was not based upon any "Malicious Intent" towards you or any other person or party involved within your operation.

My response was based upon "Constructive Criticism" to ensure that the Public at Large received the fullest, unedited, facts so they can make a fair and proper judgement based upon those facts. As a Journalist, you will very much appreciate that a large percentage of the World's population that read the press and watch the media, that is those who can afford to purchase newspapers, computer, televisions etc, believe in what they are informed, whether such reports are correct and factual or not. To give half a story to the Public is far more dangerous than giving no story at all.

It is even reported within your own articles that the Main Stream press are being contained / restrained from reporting such matters. It is therefore not necessary to ensure that the Public at Large do receive all the facts and proof, in their entirety, so that the Public are enlightened to the fullest extent? None of us should be putting the Carrot  so far in front of the Horse that  it becomes totally inaccessible and used to lead  in a given direction from A to B.

Your accusations of Libel are duly noted. I would therefore ask you to kindly, in written form, notify me of the relevant sentences, phrases, paragraphs, words, that you consider libellous. Upon review, and if deemed necessary, the following action will be taken. Retraction of such statements and a written apology issued, amendment of such statements to remove any implied malicious intent, or, removal of such statements to prevent any further misunderstanding, following which, to show the world we do not hide anything and that no "Malicious Intent" was implied, we will, subject to Mr Bellringer, post same to fourwinds as a public display of our sincerity.

We did not appreciate your comments of "Diatribe" and "Anonymity", but you are entitled to your opinion as much as everyone else (Free Speech and all that). Neither I, nor, our institution, take offence at such matters because there are extremely good reasons, on our side, for same which may not be appreciated by all, and of which your previous comments on same were noted.

I / We are as much open to criticism as anyone else, and accept such criticism if it is "Constructive" in its nature, which was, as stated above, the intended nature of our response to your article.

We do appreciate the enormous stress that you are, or may have been under, relative to this whole issue, as we work under similar long term stresses, disappointments, or similar in dealing with all this High Level corruption, deceit, fraud, or similar, carried out by many Governments of the World, not just the American, British, French or German Governments, all of which is totally and unquestionably detrimental to the People of the World.

It may not be appreciated by some, but we are all, independently and for the very same reasons, working the same side of the street in bringing to the attention of the public, such corruption, deceit and fraud, etc. so "Constructive Criticism" should not be seen as a deliberate attack or division intended against those of similar like minds.

Please therefore provide us with what is requested above and any corrections, if deemed to be necessary, will be made accordingly, whereby, subject to Mr Bellringer, will be published.

Finally, irrespective of any legal positions that may be involved, the actual intent or moral purpose of any article or action by any individual is far more important which is  something many people forget when they "Jump" to immediate "Legal" retaliation. Mr Bellringer and fourwinds are doing a public service, for you, I and many others, and should receive accolades for such a public service which the Main Stream media fail miserably in achieving. Fourwinds10 is NOT a misinformation service, not one operated by coverts of specific Government Agencies. It is a genuine, independent, informational service to the Public at Large and therefore any accusations on Moral grounds, nor in our view Legal grounds, should not be levied at Mr Bellringer or Fourwinds. We would therefore be obliged if you would remove / retract such unnecessary, whether considered legally warranted or not, threats from Mr Bellringer and Fourwinds, and direct any threats, or subsequent legal actions, in their totality, solely at / to myself as the author of the response to your article.  

Your immediate attention to this matter is requested and I readily look forward to receipt of the requisite response.
