 Folks, I know this is the end of these newsletters, I've been hammering out since mikey and clyde were still around, so excuse me, if I go on a rant. No one has any time left to be sitting on any fences about handling their reception. So I am taking dead aim on everyone's confusion, 'cause all of you need to make up your own minds on how you want the future to roll for you. These type of opportunities come up once in a lifetime for people, don't Be stupid and think you can have your cake and eat it too!

 Everyone has been telling you, 'the man was paid', which is a prerequisite before the dump would happen. Hey, they told me the same thing, I just didn't buy it because I didn't hear it from the horse's mouth, so instead of putting that out here, I waited, each and every time for a confirm. Everytime, I kept being told 'No', not yet. Besides, I have enough trip mechanisms all over the place, that if the money was flowing, I'd know it beyond question, even without my sources saying a word. None of those triggers fired, despite the rumormill.

 The reason why it was so silent thru the week is because the elite took this behind closed doors to finish and didn't tell anyone what they were doing, including the downline responsible for distribution. Meanwhile these chicken heads who don't know how to shut their mouths, manufactured all kinds of nonsense, so they'd look like they were in the know...like telling you all Again, junior stopped it! He'd sooner slap his mama, then get in the middle of this now, something he'd never survive. The very same people who created the fed and the last 100 years of this cycle, are who are fulfilling this to all of us, not anyone in this administration and those orders came from above their heads. These folks don't Do, politics or get all wrapped up in local laws, they are the ones who make the rules, and everyone below just better line up...end of story.

 I have told you all, countless times, the whole world is involved in this transfer of wealth, think the world gov is going to kowtow to junior, his daddy, and cheney? Oh yea, they made sure you forgot that a real live world gov exists and has very large teeth. They just don't make big noises blowing stuff up, showing off their power. A couple of the recipient countries didn't like the idea, that how they would be spending their money would be monitored, as the rules say, no one can use this money to buy weapons of mass destruction, they must spend it on humanitarian things in theircountries. A visit to the leaders of said countries, convinced them of the

error in their thought processes and they signed off rather quickly. Meanwhile, 'the man' was watching for the money to come steaming thru to fund all these accounts out here. Nothing, he continued to wait...even after he and other signed papers for the money transfer to him.

 Unbeknownst to a whole lot of people in the middle of the mix, things were going on behind closed doors, they didn't want out here. I heard anger and trepidation coming from all corners...'this better get done now, or...' The thing is, I checked the pulse of the eastern sectors, and they were extremely cool, no they weren't seeking to detonate anything, which, as I found out later, is because they knew exactly what was up. The elite cleared the decks, gave this their stamp of approval and proceeded to final certification. No I didn't know in advance what they were up to but neither was I going open my mouth and try to fill in the vacuum. Just try to put this in context; the world banking system is being altered back to metal and a new set of hands will be the new wealthy, this doesn't happen in a vacuum, way too many people and countries involved. Any recipients of this money is automatically going onto that new system, a new set of rules, of which basle 2 is only a part of. This is something the imf itself was involved in a number of years ago, signing up numbers of countries to join that new system, tho we've been told so long how evil they are. As they said themselves, the reason they've survived since the late 40's is because of their ability to 'adapt'. Theus lost their ability to make the imf do anything once they went broke and the imf and world bank are extremely fickle, but survivors.

 

[NOTE:  To those reading this “Poof Report”, I have deleted most of the rest of this report due to its negativity.  I am amazed that in his very last update that he expects Fourwinds to broadcast to the world “Poof” aka James Talbert, a truck driver from North Carolina, is now the pot calling the kettle black, and has expressed such ego and self-righteousness in the process of pouring out venom and filth on Casper and his people.

James Talbert, one last time, has revealed his true colors.  It is both despicable and unacceptable for such foul thoughts and conduct to be a part of the life of any true Lightworker.  I have on record many times when “Poof” was so wrong.  To end this mission on such a revengeful note is so sad for all his readers.  We pity him, for Cosmic Law shall cause him to reap the energies he creates in increased amount.   It is well that we send him Love and Light.  Patrick H. Dear Patrick,

 

We thank you for taking  a stand and calling and end to the negativity of Poof's persona at this hour. It has been challenging to get beyond the ego orientation of the reports given by this persona in order to glean and discern any valuable information that links to the cause  and movement of a mission sanctioned by Creator God Aton.  The increase in the rebukes and condemnations issued by this persona against Lightworkers of integrity has been quite noticeable.  We send Light and Love to Poof and petition that his own "king of the hill" attitude come into proper balance at this time.
