Please... accept for yourselves and pass on to "S", Casper and others...  my sincere gratitude for all the hard work and effort you put into informing We, the People.

Casper, thank you!  Although another day (April 10) has passed without the carrier leaving a packet for me, I know that I must not waver from my positive posture... I do know that my claim was processed through Ft. Collins so I should be receiving, and when I do I will most certainly help those that might have filed but their claim was not processed.

"S", thank you!  Your expertise in research, and your ability to put "the legalese" into more easily understood format, is most welcome.

All others, know that your efforts are much appreciated!

A special note to "the carriers".. whoever they might be.  Perhaps you should review a major film production [Cast Away] that won awards and aclaims worldwide... you know the one... even though he was only one employee, and survived several years on a deserted island... in the end, he still had "integrity"... and delivered a package to its rightful recipient.  The key word is "integrity".
