Forbes, I hereby request that you review your list of 20 most miserable cities and add Washington, DC to the top of the list. None of the cities you named have a plan to institute concentration camps and delete freedom of press in America like Washington does. Not one of the 20 miserable cities you name, with the exception of Memphis, Tennessee, is responsible for its own decline. Washington is. Memphis is overrun with corrupt politicians and other decision makers who are imprisoned for their felonies at a brisk pace, as you pointed out last year when you published your 20 most miserable cities list. Therefore, Washington is not primarily responsible for that place.
