The New York Times has come out again to push more allegations about Trump-appointed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The first time accusations were thrown at him the Democrats carried it all the way to a special hearing only for the accusation to fall flat. Where do these new accusations come from? 2. Despite 7 attempts by staff, Ms. Ramirez' lawyers declined to provide documentary evidence referenced in the article/witness accounts to support the claims. They also declined invitations for Ms. Ramirez to speak with committee investigators or to provide a written statement.
Grassley further pointed out that despite the many attempts to get the accuser to come forward her lawyers never gave evidence or allowed her to speak to the investigators.

4. The committee's review found no verifiable evidence to support the claims. The @nytimes' own reporting at the time noted that it couldn't find anyone with firsthand knowledge & that Ms. Ramirez told friends she couldn’t be sure Kavanaugh was involved: https://nyti.ms/2puvYrc
Grassley and the committee found no evidence to support the claims of the accuser. Grassley even went as far as to point out that the New York Times even reported that they couldn’t find the evidence either.

5. Ultimately, Ms. Ramirez’ team agreed only to contact the FBI with the claims. She was reportedly interviewed by the FBI during its supplemental background investigation.

6.) Will Kavanaugh Ever Be left Alone?

Many liberals contested the Gorsuch appointment due to Republicans preventing the seat from being filled until Trump was elected. This, however, was quickly left alone when Kavanaugh was accused of awful things by several media outlets. An accuser came forward but her claims fell flat, however long after the initial confirmation he is still the subject to criticism and articles based on “anonymous sources.” He will likely continue to be the subject of this abuse until a new justice comes along.
