POTUS Trump strikes back: Today’s rancor in society ALL the fault of fake news media

(National Sentinel) Counterpunch: The usual suspects in Hollywood and the so-called “mainstream” media are lashing out at POTUS Donald Trump after someone mailed, or tried to mail, several ‘bombs’ to noted Democrats and other critics of the president.
Missing from their accusations that somehow it’s President Trump and Republicans who are liable for all of the political violence we’ve seen since his election are facts and examples. If anyone has been suffering under the threat of violence, it’s been Republicans and anyone associated with POTUS Trump’s administration.
Just as House Majority Whip Steve Scalise. Or Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and the junior senator from his state of Kentucky, Rand Paul. Or Sen. Ted Cruz. And the list goes on.
That said, the president, our counterpuncher-in-chief, isn’t about to let one of the principle architects of our political discourse, the establishment media, off the hook. Through their serial production of fake news and daily unhinged approach to covering his presidency, they have generated more hatred and discourse among the weaponized Left than at any time since the 1960s.
“A very big part of the Anger we see today in our society is caused by the purposely false and inaccurate reporting of the Mainstream Media that I refer to as Fake News. It has gotten so bad and hateful that it is beyond description. Mainstream Media must clean up its act, FAST!” the president tweeted this morning.
The president’s tweet comes after he called out whoever sent the crude, amateurish ‘bombs’ to Democrats on Wednesday, while also calling for unity in the country.
