*** URGENT *** Massive Security Flaw in Google Chrome Browser allows anyone to listen-in to your home or office conversations through Browser's Speech Recognition Feature

January 22, 2014 -- (TRN http://www.TurnerRadioNetwork.com ) -- A massive security flaw has been found in Google's Chrome Browser that allows anyone to monitor conversations in your home or office (near your computer) via the Speech Recognition feature of the browser; which CANNOT be shut off!
Google was alerted to this "flaw" at least four months ago but has not fixed it, leading many to believe this is yet another aspect of Google cooperating with the NSA to allow the government to spy.
Google's Chrome Web browser offers voice control for touchless interface use, but a bug in this system makes it possible for websites to "eavesdrop" on you, reports Gizmodo.
This flaw was originally discovered by a web developer named Tal Ater, who writes that "[M]alicious sites can activate your microphone and listen in on anything said around your computer, even after you’ve left those sites[...] Conversations, meetings and phone calls next to your computer may be recorded and compromised."
