WHY WE MADE THIS IMPROVEMENT:

We received hundreds of suggestions from our readers requesting more transparency regarding product vendors. They wanted to be able to RATE vendors and allow other users to see those ratings. They wanted to be able to post comments about vendors (both good and bad) and allow those comments to be shared with other readers. They also wanted more than one choice of vendors for a given product category.

This new Real-Time Marketplace system answers all of these suggestions. It allows multiple vendors to compete on NaturalNews for offering the best prices and customer service. It allows customers to rate vendors and leave comments about vendors, but only if they've actually made a purchase (this avoids false comments posted by trolls). It also allows vendors to update their product inventory and pricing in real time, allowing them to adapt to rapidly-changing product inventories and costs while passing along deep discounts to readers.

The system isn't perfect, and we have many improvements still to go, but I hope you agree it's a valuable system that encourages competition, professional customer service and low pricing. In essence, this is the free market at work, with total accountability and transparency that ultimately benefits our community of NaturalNews readers and customers.
