Horst Mahler is Released on Parole
The Holocaust deniers, former NPD lawyer and RAF co-founder Horst Mahler to be prematurely released from prison. This was decided by the Penal Execution Chamber of the Landgericht Potsdam early September, as was now known. The 79-year-old to come free on parole after serving two-thirds of the ten-year prison. The Munich public prosecutor has filed an appeal against it, however, as a court spokeswoman said.
