Replace the name Israel with the word 'jew', and you suddenly come to the end of your searching for who it is exactly that is in charge of America; "if the idea is of any interest to you in the slightest".
Doesn't matter whether the jews are in Israel, Russia, America, Brazil, China, Argentina, Canada, or India, They're in charge of every country on this planet -- especially America -- "a country known the world over for having the most ill-literate robots per populous even by Zimbabwe Standards, the obvious benefit for which, being the ability to micro manage a seemingly endless sea of fools, knaves, sycophants, and mental defectives, using simple cranial insemination techniques.
