An intriguing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first explaining the revised naval doctrine signed into force by President Putin yesterday, says it explicitly states that Russia’s national interests “as a great naval power extend to the entire world’s oceans and the Caspian Sea”, a landlocked sea on Russia’s southern border, it seeks to promote its interests based on “universally recognized principles and norms of international law”, while taking into consideration the interests of other nations, and it outlines multiple “challenges and threats” facing Russia in the naval sphere, largely related to the activities of the United States and its Western colonial allies, among whose threats the doctrine identifies “the strategic course of the United States to dominate in the world oceans” and the encroachment of “NATO military infrastructure” toward Russia’s borders.

In its latest bid “to dominate the world oceans”, this report notes, the lunatic socialist Biden Regime is sending top Democrat Party leader House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to Taiwan in order to provoke China into war—today local Taiwan television news outlet TVBS revealed that reservations for Pelosi’s delegation have been made for tomorrow at the five-star Grand Hyatt Hotel in Taipei’s eastern governmental Xinyi District—in quick response the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned that Pelosi’s visit would be treated as “a gross interference in China's internal affairs” and said its military “will not sit idly by”—a warning immediately followed by China unveiling its new aircraft carrier killer missile—swiftly after which Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden frantically called on Russia and China to enter into nuclear weapons negotiations, neither of whom intend to do so.

At the same time the socialist Biden Regime is provoking China to war, this report continues, the “invisible hand” of the Western colonial powers is attempting to ignite a new conflict in their Balkan protectorate Kosovo, whose government is dominated by former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army terrorist organization—a conflict ignited by Kosovo terrorists attempting to crack down and take away the rights of Serbian peoples—with Serbia fully prepared to send its military forces into Kosovo to protect its peoples, NATO responded by saying it's prepared to intervene in Kosovo if “stability is jeopardized”—would be a Western colonial military intervention into Kosovo that would cause Russia to flood weapons into its ally Serbia—a fact belatedly realized by these Western colonial idiot warmongers, as documented by it now being reported: “Authorities in the breakaway Serbian province of Kosovo announced late on Sunday they would postpone the implementation of their ban on Serbian license plates and identification documents until 1 September...The US ambassador in Kosovo reportedly urged Pristina to do so”.

For reasons future historians and mental health professionals will examine, this report details, the Western colonial powers threw in the dustbin decades of green energy policies and initiatives to move away from what they call dirty fossil fuels, that they claim are making the world warmer, when they placed sanctions on Russia over the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine—are Western colonial sanctions on cheap Russian energy devastating the economies of the European Union and United States—as of this date, Russian scientists have yet to discover any evidence that ancient peoples using so-called fossil fuels in non-existent vehicles and power plants caused the Earth to warm to end the Ice Age—having convinced themselves without any evidence, however, that fossil fuels are the only cause of global warming, today the energy starved European Union enacted a ban on Russian coal—and is a ban coming at the exact same time the International Energy Agency revealed “the world is re-entering the coal age” as global demand for this fossil fuel has now reached record highs.

Leading the Western colonial powers as they self-destruct with lunacy, this report notes, is Socialist Leader Biden, who after seizing power proclaimed along with his entire idiot regime that those receiving experimental vaccines would never get Covid—in factual reality were lunatic proclamations because Covid is a common cold impossible to make vaccines for because the virus constantly changes—is a fact now fully known to Biden, who after two experimental jabs and two boosters tested positive for Covid twice during the past fortnight and is back in quarantine—while in quarantine, Biden is now being slammed with articles like “He’s Done it Again: Biden Hits Shocking New Seven-Decade Low In Polling Data”—while in quarantine last week, Biden was assailed by top Republican Party lawmaker Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who while watching America slip towards recession stated: “In advance of the GDP numbers coming out later this week, the Biden administration has begun their latest project — a frantic effort to redefine the word recession”—when it was confirmed that America is in economic recession, it saw top Republican Party strategist Karl Rove assessing: “Biden doesn't know what we're living through, or he knows what we're living through and he's trying to tell us that it ain't bad…And neither one of those is good for his standing with the American people…There's a reason why this president has the worst approval numbers of any modern president at this time in his term — in his first term”—an assessment joined last evening by popular Fox News host Steve Hilton, who observed: “Just out of interest, I went back and read Biden’s inaugural address again, and I noticed something amazing…Not the endless disingenuous policies about unity, but the fact he barely even talks about the economy…It’s hardly mentioned and now we know why…Because Biden’s actual economic plan now coming into full horrific view was this: how quickly and how comprehensively can we take a strong growing economy and turn it into a weak, shrinking, stagnant one?...And the answer is, pretty damn quickly”.

As to the wreckage on the American economy caused by Socialist Leader Biden, this report continues, today it sees the so-called greatest economic power in the world United States suffering a paper shortage so severe books have been delayed from being published—today it sees American confectionary giant Hershey warning it won’t fully meet consumer demand for candy this Halloween and Christmas—while skyrocketing inflation and energy prices pummel Americans, it’s just been reported: “American families continue to struggle as the baby formula shortage has intensified, with 30 percent of brands reportedly out of stock”—today it also sees articles appearing like “Poll: 4 in 10 Americans Forced to Cut Back on Groceries Due to Bidenflation”—and because peoples in America can’t find enough food to eat, today it sees horrifying articles appearing like “Food Banks Face Inflation Struggles With Surging Demand: ‘Never Seen Anything Like This’” and “Food Banks In America Experience Surging Demand: 'No Sign Of It Slowing Down Any Time Soon'”.

Here’s Why Ours Won’t”, wherein its elite political establishment authors David Jolly, Christine Todd Whitman and Andrew Yang warn: 

If nothing is done, the United States will not reach its 300th birthday this century in recognizable form.

Americans have lost faith in government.  Nearly 8 in 10 say the country is headed in the wrong direction, according to a recent survey, and two-thirds of voters think neither the Democrats nor the Republicans have the right priorities.

Shockingly, roughly 30 million Americans believe violence against the current government is justified.

The same numbers want to forcibly return former president Donald Trump to the White House.

This is what happens when democracies fail: People feel their voices are not heard and radicalize to take up arms, leading to mainstream talk about “civil war”.

For the first time in modern history, roughly half of Americans consider themselves “independents”, and two-thirds say a new party is needed (and would vote for it).

Some call third parties “spoilers”, but the system is already spoiled.

There are more than 500,000 elected positions in the United States, but a recent study found more than 70 percent of races on ballots in 2020 were unopposed or uncontested.  A tiny sliver of U.S. congressional seats will have close races this November.
