CORVALLIS, Ore. - Oregon State University is now making vaccinations for Meningococcal B disease mandatory for all students, and any student who is 25 or younger must be vaccinated by February 15th.

Students on the Corvallis campus who are not vaccinated by then will not be able to register for spring term classes or receive winter term final grades.

OSU is asking students not to wait, and instead to act now.

"While the deadline to be fully vaccinated is February 15th, if they have not received one of their doses of vaccine, they need to do it right now, because it takes 30 days between dose 1 and dose 2 to be vaccinated," said Steve Clark, with the University.

OSU will be holding mass vaccination clinics starting on Tuesday until Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the SEC Plaza.
