Update on Radio Host Hal Turner
Family of Hal Turner
Christmas greetings from the friends and family of Hal Turner and the
Turner Radio Network (http://www.TurnerRadioNetwork.com )!
As most of you know, radio host Hal Turner was released from federal
"terrorist" prison in June of this year. He was then forced to stay
in an urban "halfway house" in Newark, NJ for four months, and was
able to finally go home to his family on October 5, 2012. He is now
under "Home Confinement" for another six months as the final part of
his prison Sentence. Hal is only able to leave home to work, attend
Church, Doctor or Dentist visits, etc. Once the home confinement ends,
Hal will be on "Supervised Release" for three years; barred by court
order from being on the radio or operating an internet web site for
all that time. That's why we, his family and friends, have taken
ownership and control of the web sites.
Hal was prosecuted by the feds three times on the same charges and
ultimately convicted after he was forced into Bankruptcy by legal fees
and had to accept the representation of a public defender, (Jew) Peter
Kirchheimer of Federal Defenders in Brooklyn, NY. Once convicted, the
feds revoked Hal's $500,000 Bail, saying he was "a danger to the
community" and remanded him to prison immediately.
Even though Hal qualified for confinement at a low-security prison
"camp" the Obama Administration put him in the ultra-max security
"Terrorist" prison in Terre Haute, Indiana! Hal was imprisoned in the
exact same unit with El Sayid NoSair who bombed the World Trade Center
in 1993, John Walker-Lyndh who is known as "The American Taliban"
caught fighting in Afghanistan, Rashed Muhammed who blew up Pan Am
flight 803, Eljavir Duka who, with his brothers, tried to attack and
blow-up the Fort Dix army base in New Jersey, Kevin James and Abu
Yousef convicted of trying to blow-up Los Angeles Airport, Russel
DeFritas, convicted of trying to blow-up John F. Kennedy Airport in
New York City and about three dozen other very high-profile terrorists
and killers. To put this place in perspective, there are about
177,000 federal prioners in the entire USA. Of that number, only
forty four (44) are kept in the unit where Hal was sent, because they
are allegedly "the most-dangerous." The fact that Hal was sent there
was a bunch of crap!
The feds went after Hal because he had the audacity to express an
opinion about three liberal federal judges in Chicago, which the Obama
Administration and their cronies in Chicago didn't like. Americans are
not supposed to be jailed for their opinions, but that's exactly what
happened to Hal Turner after he said the three judges DESERVED to be
killed for violating the US Constitution. Saying someone "deserves"
something is an opinion, not a threat. But the government argued it
was a threat "because of Turner's white supremacist audience." More
nonsense.
Full details of the trials, the media coverage, the terrorist prison
unit where Hal was kept and the still-pending Appeal are all available
for you to review at http://www.TurnerRadioNetwork.com
It has been almost seven months since Hal's new lawyers argued his
Appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second
Circuit in New York City. We have no idea when their decision will be
issued. When it is issued, we will update you. Until then, you can
check www.TurnerRadioNetwork.com for updates about Hal and his case.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
