I apologize for the long time that has elapsed since you received your last e-zine. Our mailing list provider went out of business and we were lucky that our mailing list could be saved at all. To make lemonade out of lemons, I have now purchased a software that is better than the previous one. It can send mails both in HTML and text format (some people had trouble receiving the HTML mails I have been sending), and the advanced options help us prevent that unsubscribed addresses are resubscribed at a later point.

1. Rally in Cleveland: Join Us Against The FTC

Our court case against the FTC is coming up on February 9. I am sure the FTC will be thrilled to receive a big welcome from hundreds of Clark supporters. Just as thrilled as they have been to receive hundreds of letters from people cured from all kinds of conditions; or in favor of Health Freedom.

A local and independent supporter, Jim Clevo, will coordinate the rally and all surrounding activities. He will contact the media and get local supporting groups involved. And because it is a lot of work, he will certainly need a lot of support! If you are anywhere near Cleveland, contact Jim Clevo and offer your help.

And on February 9, I would like to personally meet as many of you as possible. We will protest at the court house and at the FTC building, and despite the fact that this is serious business we will also have a blast. A party for Health Freedom! So be there, it is really important. If you are planning to be in Cleveland on February 9, please notify Jim Clevo.

Some professionals using the Clark protocol will be there. Dr. Clark herself has not yet confirmed that she will be in Cleveland on February 9.

2. Dr. Hulda Clark's September Speech Available on Video

This speech was part of the Rife Conference in Seattle, WA. on the last weekend of September. The main topic was water toxicity and the importance of North and South pole water.

3. LA Times Reveals: NIH Colluding With Pharmaceutical Industry

This meticulously researched article in the LA Times may have come as a shock and surprise to many, but certainly not to you who are aware of the Government suppression of Alternative Medicine.

At this time it is perfectly legal for NIH (National Institutes of Health) employees to accept consulting jobs from the very companies they are supposed to monitor. Some garnered over $1,000,000 in the past decade in consulting fees. While you and I are very likely to get the impression that the conflict of interest could not be more obvious, Dr. Ruth L. Kirschstein, who as the deputy director or the acting director of the NIH since 1993 has approved many of the top officials' consulting arrangements, said she "did not believe they had compromised the public interest".

4. Progress in Canada: Clarification

In the last e-zine I announced that the Canada Health Freedom Bill C-420 was passed.

Writes one proponent of the Bill: "The government attempt to classify all supplements as drugs, has NOT been thwarted YET. Our bill to class supplements as food and not drugs, passed the 2nd reading in Parliament. It now goes to a parliamentary committee for further study. It then must receive 3rd reading. If it passes 3rd reading it goes to the Senate for final ratification. It must then be signed into law by the Governor General of Canada. What has been accomplished is a meaningful start in the right direction."
