frame of mind to take full advantage of the positive effects of the zapper. The three meditations are composed of (1) Relaxation, (2) Acknowledging the positive effects of killing the parasites and their eggs, and (3) Health, Healing and being Healed each 7-minutes in length to coincide with the 7-minute zapping requirement. In addition to the zapper effects, the meditation focuses on releasing physical tension and nervous tension and creating internally in the heart and mind - a place ripe for allowing healing to take place.

There are two different formats. The first format consists of only the voice of the narrator as she guides you through the series of three 7-minute guided visualization meditations. The second format, Zapper Meditations/Sound Therapy, incorporates tones that represent the different frequencies produced by our muscles, organs and glands. Where the Zapper Meditation CD is simply the voice of the narrator guiding you, the Zapper Meditations/Sound Therapy, also includes the various tones of the muscles, glands and organs we focus on in the meditation.

About Sound Therapy: Each system of the body vibrates at a different rate, according to its density. In other words muscles and bones, being among the densest of body components, vibrate at a lower frequency than the nervous system. When imbalances are found, sound can then re-tune individual parts of the body Sound Assistant, BioWaves.

Shannon Forbes is the voice behind the meditation. A 30-year veteran of spirituality and guided meditations, Shannon takes you on a journey through your body and guides you via verbal imagery to look at yourself, learn and allow a vision of a healed YOU..

I have been using the zapper meditations since you released them, I am amazed how I now look forward to the zapping. Hope you will put out more meditation CDs. Thank you, Lisa Kaplan.

The CDs, The Zapper Meditations and Zapper Meditations/Sound Therapy are available now at the Dr. Clark University Book Store.

Health Meditation CD

When you meditate on health and wellness, you set your mind in the right perspective to take advantage of any and all activities that improve your health. You allow yourself to accept the healing that is your birthright. You allow yourself to begin to think the right way - act the right way - and bring in the concept of your spirit to direct your being into healthy thinking and action.

This meditation begins with a complete body relaxation and then as we move through the body you are guided to see the systems healthy and active - relaxing both your muscular and nervous systems to allow completely healthy interactions between the mind and the various systems.

Vitamins E and C Used Together Can Help Maintain Cognitive Function in Older Woman

Vitamins E and C, when taken together as daily supplements, has been shown to significantly decrease the risk of cognitive problems, including Alzheimers disease, according to a recently published study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. The study, involving approximately 15,000 women ages 70-79, found that women who took both vitamins regularly for a period of ten years or more, had significantly better cognitive performance than women who had never taken the supplements. Interestingly, the benefits accrued only when both vitamins were used; women who took only vitamin E showed only minimally superior cognitive ability compared to women who did not supplement, while no cognitive benefit was found among women who supplemented only with vitamin C. In addition, the greatest benefits were found among women who had the lowest dietary intake of vitamin E.
