Hello Patrick,
Remember the links for videos about Arcady Petrov's healing that I mailed some time ago? I found out how simple it works. There is an entire list with 'codes' (numbers) they use for every ailment. For diabetes mellitus e.g. the code is 8819977 (codes can be found on the net). How to use these codes.
First you meditate ( I prefer to use TM), to get to a state of deep rest, after this you keep your eyes closed and think:" rescue the world, heal the world" 3x. This is because our environment is directly linked to our health. Now we mentally place ourselves in a sphere of bright light. Now we start with the first digit of our code we see a bright golden 8 (the example I use) also in a light sphere approaching us, we absorb it in our body, then another golden 8, same process, then 1, and 9 etc. So we go digit by digit. Continue as long as it is comfortable. In the course of time things will become easier. Don't force anything, results will come to those who are patient.
