Global Human Rights Violation

I must first describe the events that led to my exile from California, if there is any hope to fulfill my purpose herein, which is to convince you to at least suspect that perhaps destructive EMP technologies are being imposed with impunity on a non-consenting society, on innocent wildlife, on the environment, climatic conditions, and even the ionosphere, that an investigation is in order, and ultimately, that appropriate legislation against this uncontrolled invasion is the first appropriate defensive action against it.[ii]
After years of searching for the source of the anomalous atmospheric EMP’s that were torturing me, I finally discovered in March 1998 that they were the direct and perhaps even deliberate affect of various EMP technologies that were being used with impunity by the U.S. military.[iii] Once I knew this, I also knew there was no hope of reasoning with the perpetrators, and that my only avenue of escape would be relocation. Sadly, however, by the time of this discovery in 1998, I was bedridden and penniless, and therefore relocation would not be possible. Nevertheless, I did carry out an exhaustive Internet search for an area of the United States that might not yet be affected. I learned, to my despair, that the militarization of this technology was not only shockingly various, but already ubiquitous, and therefore any attempt to escape by relocation would be a gamble comparable to betting the house on a single lottery ticket.
Relocation…Exile…Grief
My father passed away in January 1, 2000, and his passing left my mother with the financial ability to help me relocate. But moving would still not be easy for me, for I had also to consider the housing complications of a disability lifestyle. A previous toxic chemical injury (which will later be shown to be fundamental to the claims I will make in this report) had resulted in multiple-system injuries and a devastating environmental illness known as Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS). Any search for a new home would have to be limited to whatever selection of “MCS-ready” homes I could find for sale in the U.S. Despite the odds against such a find -- a MCS-ready home that also happened to be in an EMP-free-zone – there was no other avenue to explore.
Another exhaustive geographical search did finally yield, a year later, a single MCS-ready home that mother would agree to, and the home – located in a semi-remote location of the Arizona desert - was quickly purchased. Sadly, seven days following close of escrow, in March 2001, my mother passed away. Overcome with exhaustion and grief, I would not have the strength to move until June 2001, and yet even then I made the move with only great difficulty, still bedridden and suffering the myriad physically debilitating and spiritually weighty affects of MCS and EMP tortures, and now also grief; having lost, within a mere fourteen months’ time, my father, mother, and also -- tragically, suddenly, and violently -- my dear and precious brother-in-law-of-45-years.
My only daughter had married nine months earlier at the age of 34, so I was leaving my newly growing family behind as I headed for a sad and solitary life of exile in an environment that was completely foreign to me. (My first grandchild was born in December 2002; God only knows when I will see him, for I am completely unable to travel…even, at times, to the supermarket!)
Directed-Energy, Remote-controlled Crime in California
Forced from my home of 54 years, I have now lived in this Arizona location for the past two years entirely alone, and with barely enough strength to get out of bed. But I do get out of bed, and that alone speaks of a measure of relief that I might never have hoped for in California…for the intensity and frequency of suffering from EMP activities was far greater in California…due to a single variety of EMP torture that ceased abruptly, and entirely, when I moved out of California…
What I am about to describe may seem fantastic and too incredible to believe. But I assure you it was very real. It was nothing less than a covert crime against my Constitutional rights as a U.S. citizen and my inherent rights as a human being. With these claims, I can only hope to inspire you to find out for yourselves if what I am saying is plausible. And if you discover that it is indeed plausible, then the science and relevant military history will have spoken for itself, and I know you will then be moved to take whatever measures necessary to instigate appropriate legislative controls over the use of any and all of these new and ever-growing varieties of EMP and directed-energy technologies in the State of California. California is a leader. It is your duty to lead this nation of sovereign states into an appropriate act of protest against secret government projects that are threatening the health and safety of everyone and everything on the planet.
Please hear me…and consider the dark implications…when I tell you that one of nightly EMP technologies from which I suffered in California was of a kind that was clearly and undeniably very personally directed at specific organs of my body in order to produce very clear and certain unnatural affects. These affects were neither random nor vague. They could not be mistaken for anything naturally produced. Their uniquely “intelligent” characteristics clearly pointed to someone unseen…somewhere unknowable…who possessed a diabolical EMP technology that enabled them to intelligently direct this EMP energy from a remote location to a designated human target for purposes of affecting and influencing, at will, that human target’s body and mind without (to state the obvious) their consent. The perfect crime. The perfect weapon. There would be no smoking gun.
The DDT Connection – Enhanced EMP Affects
The above claims may seem incredible, but if they cannot be easily proven as fact, they can at least be supported with proof of plausibility. Although I was forced to write this report hastily, and therefore my sited sources are few, I was able to provide you with one credible referral -- to a research journalist and activist whom I know to be an expert on this subject, who could provide you with ample proof of plausibility -- a source to which I cannot possibly refer too often, Dr. Nick Begich of Alaska (ii).
There is one such proof of plausibility that I can personally offer you: There is a verifiable and direct link between my clear predisposition to enhanced EMP affects (meaning that people do not normally experience the extreme affects that I have experienced), and the DDT poisoning that disabled me.
I have learned, in fact, that DDT is a known chemical enhancer of EMP affects …and that furthermore, the ability of DDT to enhance the affects of EMP was discovered by the U.S. military.
However incredible it may sound to you now, I think you will finally agree that it is at least possible that the directed-energy EMP activity from which I suffered in California may have been part of a relevant military research project that just happened to be going on at the same time. Said research project is apparently a matter of record. But the facts about it are classified. Let me briefly explain.
The first time I discussed with “fellow-sufferer” [Southern California University Professor] Joan Salinger my environmental disability and the mysterious DDT poisoning that precipitated it, she immediately recalled a relevant discovery that she had made in her own research, of a Southern California, university- based, military-funded research project conducted in the 1980’s and 90’s, for which a research scientist by the name of Ross Addey had been hired to study the affects of EMP on persons with high levels of DDT in their bodies!
This was a mind-blowing discovery for me. Consider the many coincidences. The timing of both the study and my DDT diagnosis, followed almost immediately thereafter by the onset of the directed-energy EMP tortures that were visited upon me in the middle of the night; and finally, the unsolved mystery behind the actual DDT poisoning event…
Although my so-called “Industrial Level DDT Injury” was discovered and diagnosed in 1991 by a chemical injury specialist, neither he nor two subsequent specialists were able to imagine what kind of an event in the life of an ordinary citizen could produce this result. Two of them had never witnessed such a high level of DDT -- or of any other toxic chemical, while the third had seen this level only once, in the lab report of a long-exposed and unprotected industry worker. But I was an ordinary citizen-at-large; and my lab results did show such levels -- not only of DDT but also, incredibly, petrochemicals. Where on earth could I have been exposed all at once to these levels of two entirely different toxic chemicals – chemicals whose normal industrial uses are unlikely to ever place them together in the same place at the same time? There has never been a direct answer to this mystery, nor even an imaginable one…until now. This unlikely convergence of coincidences, between the Ross Addey study and the overall profile of my extremely unlikely collection of DDT-mediated EMP- tortures, is just too intriguing to either ignore or trivialize.
The multi-system affects on my body, of this massive toxic chemical poisoning, were disabling to say the least; therefore, within months of the 1991 diagnosis, my name appeared on the SSDI databases, and soon thereafter the directed-energy torture began.
There is only one fact I know about the military-funded/Ross Addey research project that does not correlate with the directed-energy torture I suffered in California: Although the military/Addey research project ended some years earlier, the directed-energy experiments on my body in the middle of the night continued until I moved to Arizona in June 2001.
Some Questions that Linger
The inherent problem with the above claims and correlations is, of course, that they are necessarily bound by speculation (otherwise known as justifiable cause for “plausible denial”). Nevertheless, you might imagine how and why these intrigues will continue to haunt my imagination. For instance, although the contents of the classified files related to the Military/Addey research project cannot be known and appropriately judged by the public – contents such as the actual data collected from this project, the means by which it was collected, and, more to the point, the actual circumstances of the subjects of this study – I, for one, will be haunted by such questions as who on earth would volunteer to participate in a scientific research project in which they would first be injected with industrial levels of DDT and then subjected to the tortures of an endless variety of DDT-mediated/enhanced EMP frequencies for purposes of discovering what the myriad possible affects will be!
In light of reasonable suspicion (“probable cause”), perhaps the State of California should, at the very least, insist on a disclosure, including proof, of the means by which the Military/Addey research project acquired their research subjects, the methods by which they delivered stimuli to those subjects, and finally, the technology they used to monitor and record the affects of those stimuli on the minds and bodies of their subjects.
EMP’s and “Chemtrails”
I would like to close this report with one final reference to yet another military EMP project that has tortured me with increasing frequency, now almost daily – even in Arizona – for the past several years. I refer to Chemtrails. If you do not know this about chemtrails already, I can inform you with knowledge from direct personal experience that there is an EMP component to this activity. Furthermore (if you do not know this already), I can tell you that a massive concentration of two highly conductive particulates – aluminum oxide and barium -- have been positively identified as at least two of the otherwise mysterious compound of elements contained in these ubiquitous aerial crosshatch phenomena (per research journalist William Thomas). These particles are found to be of a size that is readily admitted into the bloodstream through the lungs. Consequently, this mass contamination -- clearly against the will of citizens, everywhere, in a purportedly free and democratic society -- implies that the very life-blood, now coursing through the veins of everyone who is breathing this material, is slowly being sensitized, thereby, to enhanced affects of EMP. In conjunction with the EMP’s that are being broadcast in these ominous and ubiquitous clouds, one can easily imagine that the most frightening of all the potential/plausible affects of this aerial invasion is the application, on a massive scale, of a mediator-enhanced, mind-bending EMP vibration – a.k.a. mass mind control. In Closing
Please consider the myriad criminal implications of the many on-going secret uses of this technology. Consider the possible military, industrial, law enforcement, and even organized crime agendas that could turn these technologies into the most destructive force on the planet, and the most difficult, if not impossible, weapon to control. The secret use of this technology is not only potentially devastating, but undoubtedly unconstitutional. Please educate yourselves appropriately, and take whatever steps necessary to legislate controls in direct proportion to the threat. If California will lead a campaign of education, disclosure, and appropriate legislation, other states will follow. Hopefully, it will not be too late.

[i] How I knew without any doubt, that the torture I experienced was cause by EMP’s
I was already familiar with the feeling of EMP’s, for I had already experienced EMP therapy, which employs appropriate therapeutic frequencies to appropriate, frequency-specific locations of the body; although I had been much too electrically sensitive to pursue this form of therapy (the cause of this sensitivity will later be shown to be relevant to this report), my experience with it prepared me to accurately identify the true nature of the atmospheric anomaly that would later torture me during the night, with very painful frequencies, in the privacy and sanctity of my own home and bedroom, and without my consent. My experience with EMP therapy also prepared me to recognize the difference between those EMP’s that were directional -- usually coming from the west-to-northwest -- and those that were “everywhere” in the atmosphere all at once, originating from god-only-knows-where (likewise, I learned to recognize the unique type of sound associated with EMP’s, and can therefore also tell you with some certainty that the mysterious “Hum” that everyone is hearing across the world is created by an electromagnetic pulse phenomenon.)

[iii] How I came to know that the U.S. Military presence in California was the source and cause of my suffering:
For the seven year period prior to the U.S. Marines’ arrival in my urban neighborhood on March 1, 1998 – purportedly for a month-long period of training in urban warfare, in preparation for the war in Kosovo – the “EMP torture” had only been visited upon me a few nights a week – mostly on Tuesday or Thursday nights (…unless those nights happened to fall on Christmas or Thanksgiving, or any of the commemorative days that are recognized as holidays for government and banking institutions), and between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. (…except during daylight savings time when the hours on the clock would show 3-5 a.m.). But from March 1 through March 30, 1998, I was tortured precisely the same way, albeit 24 hours a day/7 days a week! There was simply no mistaking the correlation. This relentless schedule of EMP torture was unprecedented and the onset abrupt, beginning on the night of March 1 and ending on the night of March 31, 1998 – correlating precisely with the presence of Marine troupes in my neighborhood. Furthermore, an additional correlation was made when the Commanding Officer, when interviewed by a TV news reporter asking why the troupes could not be trained on a military training base, confessed that it was impossible to duplicate on a training base “…the electromagnetic pulse conditions that are unique to an urban environment.” I waited, jaw dropped, for an explanation of the meaning of this “electromagnetic pulse environment,” and why that environment was so important to the military that the troupes were required to invade my neighborhood in order to become appropriately trained in the tactics of urban combat. But the answer did not come until many weeks later, when President Clinton announced to the nation that for the very first time in history a new “Non-lethal Electromagnetic Pulse Weapon” – designed to disrupt enemy communications and power supplies – had just been successfully used in conditions of war [Kosovo]. Of course this pricked up my ears; and then immediately the next logical question came to mind: Where had this weapon been successfully used prior to “conditions of war”! In other words, where had it been adequately and therefore successfully tested…if not in an actual urban environment…say, MY urban environment?
I cannot resist making reference to the infamous California blackouts of 2000-2001, which were purportedly caused by an energy shortage – I’m sure you recall them -- the “energy-shortage blackouts of 2001,” which notably and abruptly ceased in September, […to be historically precise…] on 9-11.
