Thank you Dennis for this .... I can see some of these effects on so many of my friends and family.
I want to share a brand of flour that is in some stores (Trader Joe's and I'm seeing it more and more in others, even the so-called 'discount' groceries) but the brand is KING ARTHUR FLOUR. they even have a web site that you can order directly from them. I suppose I should let you know the the statement on the front of their bag is "NEVER BLEACHED. NEVER BROMATED" Give it a try!!!
