A highly disturbing Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Putin has ordered the High Command of the Land Forces to “high alert status” in order to completely encircle the Vostochny Cosmodrome, located in the Amur Oblast—and that is in “direct response” to the American guided missile destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG95) having just entered into the Black Sea—but that neither President Trump’s White House, or the US Pentagon, are able to explain to the Federation what it is doing there so close to Russia’s border.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, within the past 18 hours, the USS James E. Williams sailed through the Bosporus Strait into the Black Sea—with this American warship being described as being an advanced Arleigh Burke class of guided missile destroyers built around the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System that is able to target, track and destroy intermediate-range ballistic missiles—which are, essentially, rockets.

Raising the MoD’s concerns about the USS James E. Williams being in the Black Sea so close to Russia’s border, this report explains, is that it places this rocket killing American warship in the direct flight path of the Soyuz-2.1b rocket scheduled to be launched from the Vostochny Cosmodrome tomorrow—and that President Putin, 3 hours ago, ordered to be protected by over 400 specialized Land Forces troops and their 85 pieces of war machinery—and which includes the feared S-500superweapon  whose projectiles travel at hypersonic speeds of five to seven kilometers per second enabling them to intercept opposing hypersonic cruise missiles—and that are, also, able to “swat down incoming Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles and low-orbit satellites in space”.

To the payload scheduled to be launched into Earth low orbit aboard the Soyuz-2.1b rocket, this report details, is an “advanced/modifiedMeteor-M-1 remote sensing satellite whose MTVZA-GY (Microwave Imaging/Sounding Radiometer) system is able to detect radio waves emanating from bacteria—and that has been deemed as a “critical mission” for this satellite due to scientists having found living bacteria from outer space on the surface of the Russian segment of the International Space Station (ISS).

The research used to modify the MTVZA-GY to detect radio waves emanating from bacteria, this report explains, was based on the studies of the world acclaimed French virologist Luc Montagnier—and who, after receiving the Nobel Prize for his discovery of the HIV (AIDS) virus, encountered scathing criticism from his Western peers for positing that bacteria generates radio waves—but whose research proved to be true.

Samples of the outer space bacteria found on the Russian segment of the ISS, along with inadvertent terrestrial bacteria samples brought aboard the ISS, this report continues, were brought back to Earth by NASA for testing—with NASA thereafter reporting that they “most likely they don’t pose any sort of danger”.

Russian experts had no basis to doubt NASA’s findings, this report notes, as the tests they had conducted on this outer space bacteria was done by the prestigious Stony Brook University—which is one of the 52 American educational institutions belonging to the National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program that was formed for the purpose of conducting outer space-related research.

The reason NASA choose Stony Brook University to conduct the research on this outer space bacteria, this report explains, was due to its close location (50 miles/80 kilometers) to the Plum Island Animal Disease Center—which is one of just a handful of Biosafety Level 4 (BSL-4) laboratories in the world able to handle the world’s most dangerous bacteria and viruses—and was where animal testing was done on this outer space bacteria under the supervision of primatologist Patricia Wright, Ph.D.—who aside from having established The Institute for the Conservation of Tropical Environments (ICTE) at Stony Brook University, is one of the most noted scientists in her field of study.

Critical to note about Patricia Wright, Ph.D., this report continues, is that she, also, (in 2012) established the NamanaBe Hall research station in Ranomafana National Park, Madagascar (an isolated island country in the Indian Ocean)—and to which she returned to in early August (2017) after doing her research at Plum Island for NASA on the outer space bacteria—and that was followed within a fortnight by the sudden and mysterious outbreak of the Bubonic Plague that’s deemed the worst to have occurred in modern times.

With the World Health Organization (WHO) describing the Madagascar plague outbreak as “unprecedented” and  uncharacteristic”, this report says, one of the world’s top epidemiology experts, Professor Allen Cheng of Australia’s Monash University, is using even more dire words to describe what has now infected thousands and killed hundreds these past few weeks—with the dreaded words “Fourth Pandemic” now being uttered.

To if the outer space bacteria was transmitted to Madagascar by Patricia Wright, Ph.D. where it “mixed/merged” with the plague bacteria to cause this unprecedented outbreak, this report concludes, is not known—but that upon the placing into orbit of the Meteor-M-1 remote sensing satellite, whose MTVZA-GY detector will be able to identify bacteria by its radio signature, will be able to be determined—with MoD fears, though, being that the American warship USS James E. Williams might attempt to stop this launch to cover up another of their many crimes—and that includes their conducting secret bioweapons tests upon their own citizens.
