2009-04-09 The Real Deal. Interview by Dr. Fetzer with Capt. May, Maj. Fox, and SFC Buswell. Capt May thinks it was very strange that Obama and Biden flew separately to Denver on Feb 17th to sign the stimulus bill. Normally this kind of signing is done in the Rose Garden or somewhere else at the White House. Did Obama want to be close to the USNORTHCOM HQ in case it was time for him and Biden to pull another “Cheney in the bunker?” Also, very peculiar, the next day the Zionist-controlled New York Post ran the “Dead Monkey” cartoon. Did Obama draw ire for failing to give the go ahead to administer a false flag stimulus as expected? Capt. May, Maj. Fox, SFC Buswell, and Dr. Fetzer still think that the Chicago Willis Tower (formerly the Sears Tower) remains in the cross hairs, as reflected in their 10 April alert.

     There were contradictory stories surrounding Felipe Solas’ death.  The Mexican newspapers called it influenza.  Obama’s people contradicted that story two days later.  Reports went out that it was pneumonia.  Then a week later, the Houston Chronicle put out a disinformational story asserting a heart attack.

      The most likely center of any killing operation is probably Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s chief of staff, with his known Mossad ties:

"WMR has learned from informed U.S. intelligence sources that prospective Barack Obama White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel has an active FBI counter-intelligence file maintained on him. Emanuel's rise to the Chief of Staff position may pose a significant security problem for President-elect Obama if the FBI insists on conducting the full background security investigation normally required for senior White House officials.

Questions about Emanuel's links to the Israeli intelligence service, the Mossad, were allegedly so great that President Bill Clinton was forced to dismiss Emanuel from the White House staff in 1998. One of the FBI agents who discovered Emanuel's dealings with Israeli intelligence was, according to our sources, the late FBI counter-terrorism Assistant Director John O'Neill. O'Neill retired after being set up in a smear operation involving a temporarily stolen brief case in 2001. O'Neill and another FBI agent who still works for the bureau and shall remain nameless at this point to protect him and his career discovered that Emanuel was heavily involved in the decision to place intern Monica Lewinsky close to President Clinton. O'Neill accepted the top security position for Kroll Associates at the World Trade Center . O'Neill was killed in the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center . WMR has also reported that O'Neill was a close friend of slain retired Houston CIA station chief Roland V. `Tony' Carnaby, who was similarly investigating Israeli intelligence operations in the Houston area when Houston police shot and killed him last April.

Emanuel reportedly had knowledge of Israeli intelligence penetration of White House communications systems and Lewinsky, in sworn testimony before the Office of Independent Counsel, stated: `He [Clinton] suspected that a foreign embassy [it is now known that embassy was that of Israel ] was tapping his telephones, and he proposed cover stories.' Lewinsky continued, `If ever questioned, she should say that the two of them were just friends. If anyone ever asked about their phone sex, she should say that they knew their calls were being monitored all along, and the phone sex was just a put on.'

WMR has learned from U.S. intelligence sources that Emanuel was discovered to be part of a political intelligence and blackmail operation directed against Clinton by Israel 's Likud Party and Binyamin Netanyahu to sink Clinton 's proposed Middle East peace deal. We have also learned that the FBI investigation of Emanuel is part of a file code-named the `Mega file.' `Mega' is a reference to a top-level Mossad agent in the Reagan administration who was said to have run a number of Israeli agents, including U.S. Navy spy Jonathan Pollard."

      Capt. May observed that on Tuesday, 12 May, the U.S. government published new information on the healthcare crisis.  On Wed, 13 May, “Speaker Nancy Pelosi told President Obama today that the Democratic-led House will have a health care bill on the floor before it leaves for the August recess.” http://yeahpolitics.blogspot.com/2009/05/pelosi-to-obama-health-care-bill-by.html

      Capt. May thinks that “healthcare reform” might be code talk for the next 9-11, just like the “stimulus bill” may have been code talk just prior to the Obama dead monkey cartoon. The best time to carry out a false flag operation will probably be during Congress’ late summer break.  This is when the Bush cabal pulled off  9-11.  The summer break this year will likely end around 9-9-9, which is loaded with occult significance.

      After Capt. May made this observation, I reflected upon how it makes a lot of sense to take a hot current issue and use it as code speak for a false flag operation.  After all, false flag operations have lots of players and moving parts.   Many things can go wrong at the last moment.  Capt. May is a key example of someone who has deliberately tried to make things go wrong –and who has probably succeeded.  If the top conspirators decide that they have to abort or make drastic hasty improvisations, they may not have the luxury of using secure communications.  They may be in such as jam that they are forced to use a regular land line or cell phone to communicate.  This is totally unsecure and probably under surveillance by many different collection agencies, some of which are potentially hostile.   If the conspirators know in advance that “health care reform” is code speak for “911 2 B,” then all a top conspirator needs to do is get chatty about the health care reform issue and then say very-matter-of-factly that he thinks the bill should be killed.  This message is immediately understood on the other end as “abort 911 2 B.”  There is no need for any hastily improvised and suspicious sideways talk, or other hint-hint-hint stuff, that would be required if there were no code-speak arranged in advance.  If the top conspirator has been careful to sprinkle prior unsecure communications with frivolous chatter about hot political issues, then it may be impossible for surveillance agents to detect anything unusual.  And even if they are wise to this technique, it may still be very hard to prove in a court of law that “health care reform” was code speak if no co-conspirators spill the beans.  

    Capt. May discussed a number of interesting stories that took place on May11^th, and another important story that broke the following day:

a)  “U.S. Replaces General in Afghanistan.” http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/30685277/   “ WASHINGTON - President Barack Obama fired the top U.S. general in Afghanistan on Monday, replacing him with a former special forces commander in a quest for a more agile, unconventional approach in a war that has gone quickly downhill.  With the Taliban resurgent, Obama's switch from Gen. David McKiernan to Lt. Gen. Stanley McChrystal suggests the new commander in chief wants major changes in addition to the additional troops he's ordering into Afghanistan to shore up the war effort. “

b) “Five Dead in Shooting At Camp Liberty” http://thedonovan.com/archives/2009/05/five_dead_in_sh.html “CNN is reporting that "A U.S. soldier in Baghdad opened fire on his fellow soldiers Monday, killing four American troops before killing himself, a senior defense official said. Three others were wounded in the incident at the U.S. military base, Camp Liberty , in Baghdad , the official said."

c) “Pope in Israel calls for 'just and lasting' Middle East peace; Pontiff visits Holocaust memorial and holds talks with Israeli president Shimon Peres” http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/may/11/pope-benedict-israel-visit    “He said he would honour the 6 million Jews who died in the Holocaust and fight anti-semitism wherever it was found. `I will have the opportunity to honour the memory of the six million Jewish victims of the Shoah,’ said the pontiff, who faces criticism for the Vatican 's policies toward Jews during the second world war and the recent reinstatement of a bishop who denied the Holocaust. `Anti-semitism continues to rear its ugly head in many parts of the world. This is totally unacceptable. Every effort must be made to combat anti-semitism wherever it is found."

Capt May commented that the Pope was elected April 19, 2005, a date with major occult significance. The first place he went was Auschwitz to kiss up to Jews, just as he did on the 11 May 2009 visit described above.  Zionist control of the Vatican is substantial.

d)  “Atlantis Space Shuttle launch may 11,2009 NASA” http://alldgoodinfo.blogspot.com/2009/05/atlantis-shuttle-launch-may-11-2009.html “Space shuttle Atlantis has been launched from the Launch Pad 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida.  The launch happened on 2:01 p.m. EDT on May 11th,  2009.  The 11-day mission needs five spacewalks to refurbish and upgrade the NASA's Hubble Space Telescope. And this has been dubbed as the most dangerous shuttle mission ever. The shuttle carried a crew of seven.  Congrats to NASA[www.nasa.gov] for successfully launching Atlantis.”

Note that before this launch, there were two space ships on launch pads, forming an “11” just like the twin World Trade Center towers. It is interesting that the launch would take place on the 11^th, reinforcing the occult symbolism of “11.”  In prior Ghost Troop missions, space launches have tended to come just before Capt. May’s prediction dates.  He thinks that space launches provide a good cover to bring national media into the Houston area in preparation for following a possible false flag event.  They also provide an excellent cover for code talk, since right up until the actual launch one can engage in small talk and express an opinion about whether or not the launch will be a “go” or an “abort” without arousing suspicion over an unsecure line.

d)  “5 men convicted of Sears Tower attack plot, Two previous trials had ended in mistrials; sixth man acquitted” http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/30706820/   “Updated 3:12 p.m. ET, Tues., May 12, 2009 MIAMI - Five men were convicted Tuesday of plotting to join forces with al-Qaida to destroy Chicago's Sears Tower and bomb FBI offices in hopes of igniting an anti-government insurrection. The jury in Miami acquitted another member of the so-called `Liberty City Six’ in the sixth day of deliberations. Two previous trials ended in mistrials when jurors could not agree on the men's guilt or innocence. They were arrested in June 2006 on charges of plotting terrorism with an undercover FBI informant they believed was from al-Qaida. Defense attorneys said terrorist talk recorded on dozens of FBI tapes was not serious and the men wanted only money.”

   Capt. May reflected on the occult significance of the date 5-11, with the usual divisibility of 11, and the coincidental repeat of the name “liberty” from “Camp Liberty” to “Liberty City.” An amazing number of important stories broke that day, as reflected above. The conviction of 5 involved in the “American Al Quadro” Sears Tower story just happened to take place the day after the 11^th.  This conviction could mean that the establishment is still psychologically preparing the public for a Willis Tower (the new name for the Sears Tower ) false flag operation.  These convictions make terrorist plotting look very serious to the dumbed-down, generally-uninformed public that is totally clueless about the machinations of Mossad-CIA.

   The following story which broke in June 2006 makes the whole affair look like a half-hearted set-up:

The Sunday, 25 June 2006 lndependent/UK article by Rupert Cornwell “Tall Stories: The Plot to Topple Chicago's Sears Tower Was Not All That It Seemed: The plan uncovered by the FBI last week proved little more than wishful thinking”  described what happened to the Miami Seven:

    The alarming news flashed across America 's TV screens on Thursday evening: government agents had thwarted an al-Qa'ida plot, using home-grown American terrorists, to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago in a ghastly repeat of 9/11.

     When the dust had settled barely 24 hours later, a rather more modest version of events had emerged. The seven young black men arrested at a warehouse in Miami and Atlanta had never been in touch with al-Qa'ida, and had no explosives. Their "plan" to destroy America's tallest building was little more than wishful thinking, expressed by one of them to an FBI informant purporting to be a member of Osama bin Laden's terrorist organisation.

     Even the FBI admitted as much. John Pistole, the bureau's deputy director, described the plan on Friday as "aspirational rather than operational" and admitted that none of the seven (five US citizens and two Haitian immigrants) had ever featured on a terrorist watch list.

     In essence, the entire case rests upon conversations between Narseal Baptiste, the apparent ringleader of the group, with the informant, who was posing as a member of al-Qa'ida but in fact belonged to the South Florida Terrorist Task Force.

     At a meeting "on or about 16 December" according to the indictment made public as the men made their first court appearance in Miami, Mr Baptiste asked his contact to supply equipment including uniforms, machine guns, explosives, cars and $50,000 in cash for an "Islamic Army" that would carry out a mission "just as good or greater than 9/11".

     In fact, the conspiracy seems to have extended little further than those words. By last month, it had all but fizzled out, amid squabbling among Mr Baptiste's followers. Even their religious leanings are in dispute. Neighbors say they were part of a group, called Seas of David, that mixes Christian and Islamic elements.

     That did not deter the US Attorney General, Alberto Gonzales, from summoning a press conference in which he denounced an attempt to "wage war against America ". But the threat, even he admitted, was not immediate - and those who posed it were in fact merely a few semi-unemployed men, most of them petty criminals, from Liberty City, a poor black neighbourhood close to the center of Miami.

National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) is scheduled for July 27 through July 31, 2009. NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery.

NLE 09 is designated as a Tier I National Level Exercise. Tier I exercises (formerly known as the Top Officials exercise series or TOPOFF) are conducted annually in accordance with the National Exercise Program (NEP), which serves as the nation's overarching exercise program for planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating national level exercises. The NEP was established to provide the U.S. government, at all levels, exercise opportunities to prepare for catastrophic crises ranging from terrorism to natural disasters.

NLE 09 is a White House directed, Congressionally- mandated exercise that includes the participation of all appropriate federal department and agency senior officials, their deputies, staff and key operational elements.  In addition, broad regional participation of state, tribal, local, and private sector is anticipated.  This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia , Canada , Mexico and the United Kingdom in NLE 09. 

EXERCISE FOCUS

NLE 09 will focus on intelligence and information sharing among intelligence and law enforcement communities, and between international, federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector participants.

The NLE 09 scenario will begin in the aftermath of a notional terrorist event outside of the United States , and exercise play will center on preventing subsequent efforts by the terrorists to enter the United States and carry out additional attacks. This scenario enables participating senior officials to focus on issues related to preventing terrorist events domestically and protecting U.S. critical infrastructure.

NLE 09 will allow terrorism prevention efforts to proceed to a logical end (successful or not), with no requirement for response or recovery activities. 

NLE 09 will be an operations-based exercise to include: activities taking place at command posts, emergency operation centers, intelligence centers and potential field locations to include federal headquarters facilities in the Washington D.C. area, and in federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector facilities in FEMA Region VI, which includes the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.

EXERCISE OBJECTIVES

Through a comprehensive evaluation process, the exercise will assess prevention and protection capabilities both nationally and regionally. Although NLE 09 is still in the planning stages, the exercise is currently designed to validate the following capabilities:

·         Intelligence/Information Sharing and Dissemination

·         Counter-Terrorism Investigation and Law Enforcement

·         Air, Border and Maritime Security

·         Critical Infrastructure Protection

·         Public and Private Sector Alert/Notification and Security Advisories

·         International Coordination

VALIDATING THE HOMELAND SECURITY SYSTEM

Exercises such as NLE 09 are an important component of national preparedness, helping to build an integrated federal, state, tribal, local and private sector capability to prevent terrorist attacks, and rapidly and effectively respond to, and recover from, any terrorist attack or major disaster that occurs.

The full-scale exercise offers agencies and jurisdictions a way to test their plans and skills in a real-time, realistic environment and to gain the in-depth knowledge that only experience can provide. Participants will exercise prevention and information sharing functions that are critical to preventing terrorist attacks. Lessons learned from the exercise will provide valuable insights to guide future planning for securing the nation against terrorist attacks, disasters, and other emergencies.
