mes. I have been doing this for many years. He also has instructions to prevent tumor growth in the prostrate glands.

Of late I learned the value of this process, I had an intestinal affliction several weeks ago, and its debris finally reached the lymph nodes in the breast, they swelled radically. I massaged the swollen nodes with vigor and the next day the swelling was gone.

From this experience I realized that the pile up of debris from years of small and large infections that are not moved out of the lymph nodes either by massage or exercise, force the nodes into a state of necrosis. This rotting inflamed tissue offers an inviting residence for the always present cancer virus to move in.

Since the abdominal area contains many of the 600 lymph nodes in the body, I added 100 circular spiral massages in each direction with each hand.

I think that the small amount of time that it takes to do these massages on a daily bases are worth the effort.

Also I rid myself of the microwave that changes the molecular structure of the food due to the rise in internal temperature. It takes 1000 years to teach the body that a certain molecular structure can be absorbed, the body does not recognize the altered molecular structure of the food or liquid exposed to microwave radiation. Therefore such exposure turns the food into an aggravation for the colon.

This may well be a contributing cause of the rise in colon cancer
