In this exclusive interview, David Barclay of Salt Spring Island, BC recounts the story of his wife Gail, who as a young child was kidnapped, confined and used experimentally by Canadian military and medical researchers at the Lincoln Park Royal Canadian Air Force Base in Calgary, Alberta (1956 - 58). Her torturers included a former Nazi SS doctor working under Canadian military cover. Dozens of children were tortured and murdered at this site.
