Russian Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov said that in the future, all Russian aircraft, and possibly the entire civil aviation will be equipped with protection against man-portable air-defense systems (MANPADS) used by terrorists.
KAZAN (Sputnik) — All Russian civilian aircraft could be equipped with protection against man-portable air-defense systems (MANPADS) used by terrorists, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov said Wednesday.
“I believe that in the future, all state aircraft, and possibly the entire civil aviation will be equipped with this, considering the terrorist attacks unfortunately taking place in the world… At least, they will be protected from MANPADS attacks,” Borisov said during a visit to the Kazan Optical and Mechanical Plant.

Thirteen months ago I warned you this would start happening as Elbit Systems was all ready with their SkyShield with the Directional InfraRed CounterMeasure laser defense systems. Israel have previously tried to blackmail commercial aircraft carriers a few years back. Not a single carrier would spend the extortionate sums on these Israeli systems which were also deadly to the aircraft due to the flare systems. As soon as I realized Israel was ready to go with these type of systems again I knew it was only a matter of time, maybe weeks or more before a large false-flag event would be pulled off in order to try and blackmail orders. It only took four months for the first plane to fall out of the sky and initially panic people about MANPADS even though the event could only happen with a BUK like system. The initial fear of shoulder-fired missiles was planted quickly in the minds of the herd before any reasoning based on altitude took place. We also have the threat of hits on Russian targets utilizing around eighty-four shoulder-fired systems known as the SA-18 Grouse. What we have to find out is if Russia will be utilizing the Israeli system or a home-made version. Hopefully Russia don’t feed the coffers of the Tribe because; one you don’t feed your enemy and two; there would be a back-door in the software that would give Israel complete remote access to disable protections. The Metrojet Flight 9268 taken down in Egypt wasn’t taken out as claimed by an on-board bombing but in fact the aircraft was hit by a missile. We know the Flydubai B738 that supposedly crashed in Rostov on Don, Russia was in fact hit by a missile and that it was already on fire prior to the impact but of course Russia covered-up the knowledge utilizing bad weather and fatigue as the excuse.
