COMMENT: It is probable that the US govt is already using this technology for similar reasons. It also needs to be reminded of its long history of state-funded terrorism against its indigenous peoples and its contribution to international instability and tension. See statements below.

When the United States aligns with dictatorships and totalitarian regimes, it compromises the basic democratic principles of its foundation -- namely, life, liberty and justice for all.
