An alarming new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first sees this transcript showing Security Council Members reviewing the results of yesterday’s meeting in Geneva, about which chief war negotiator Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov revealed: “We presented to the Americans in the most detailed way possible the logic and substance of our proposals, explained why obtaining legal guarantees from NATO not to expand is an absolute imperative, explained why we absolutely must receive legal guarantees on the non-deployment of the strike systems on Russia's borders, and why we are raising the question about NATO abandoning, by and large, the military material development of the territory of states which joined the alliance after 1997”—sees Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov further revealing: “The Americans promised to report on the results of the Geneva meeting to the leadership and provide us with a written response next week”—then sees Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov revealing that a “significant” effort has been made to persuade the Americans that “playing with fire” is not in their interests, specifically because the Russian military may reply in a way that “will inevitably and unavoidably damage the security of the United States and its European allies”, and sees him declaring: ”We are calling on the United States to demonstrate a maximum of responsibility at this moment…Risks related to a possible increase of confrontation shouldn’t be underestimated”.

In assessing the mindset of Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden after he was informed by his negotiators that the Russian Federation is fully prepared for war if its non-negotiable conditions for peace are not met, this transcript sees Security Council Members all agreeing it can only be described as “terror stricken”.

Supporting the assessment that Socialist Leader Biden is “terror stricken”, this report notes, are the bizarre events occurring in the hours following the ending of the Geneva meeting—events that began early this morning at 0145 Moscow time +3 GMT when the Ministry of Defense (MoD) issued an urgent war bulletin notifying the Security Council that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (aka North Korea) had test fired a short range hypersonic missile—after which the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) issued the statement: “The suspected ballistic missile launch was detected around 7:27 a.m. (2227 GMT Monday) from North Korea's Jagang Province toward the ocean off its east coast, the same location as last week's test...Initial estimates found Tuesday's missile traveled more than 700 km (435 miles) to a maximum altitude of 60 km (37 miles) at a top speed up to 10 times the speed of sound (12,348 kmh/7,673 mph)...We assess that this is more advanced than the missile North Korea fired on Jan. 5, though South Korean and U.S. intelligence authorities are conducting detailed analysis”.

Unlike when North Korea test fired a missile on 5 January, however, this report continues, the MoD reports that immediately following its latest missile test, Signal Communication Troops monitoring North American radio transmissions began receiving frantic calls, like from an American air traffic controller saying: “I need to you land at Van Nuys at this time we’ve got some national security threats going on and we are not allowing anyone in the air at this moment”—and like from the San Diego-California County Sheriff's law enforcement agency saying: “Has there been any domestic incidents, major incidents, critical incidents in the last 20 minutes half hour in the US?...FAA has grounded all flights in Southern California…I'm trying to find out why”.    

The conclusion section of this transcript sees Security Council Members noting it now being reported: “On the afternoon of January 10, 2022, at around 2:30 PM PST, the FAA issued a ground stop order to all planes, at least in the western United States”—is a time frame that does coincide with the North Korean missile launch, but defies logic as this test firing going less than 500-miles at 10-times the speed of sound was over in seconds—thus making it a mystery as to why Socialist Leader Biden ordered the immediate grounding of all these flights, but can see one believing he’s deluded enough to actually think that Russia and/or China were launching a first strike nuclear attack against the United States—which if true, then raises the unthinkable prospect of instead of him just grounding flights the next time something like this occurs, he’ll order the immediate launching of his nation’s nuclear missiles.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
