A grimly worded new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that 48-hours after Russia warned it was preparing to “take measures” against the Norwegian radar facility rapidly being expanded in the Arctic just 50-kilometers from the border, President Putin earlier this morning authorized its targeting and destruction based on the February-2018mock attack on it practiced by Russianfighter aircraft—an attack and destruction deemed vital to national security after it was revealed that US Air Force airmen manning some 150 LGM-30G Minuteman III nuclear-armed intercontinental ballistic missiles aimed at Russia (one of three ICBM fields that make up one leg of the United States' nuclear deterrent triad) were discovered drinking and drunk on duty, for which they weren’t immediately sacked, but given written warnings—a near impossible to contemplate punishment when viewed in the light that the nuclear destruction they have at their drunken fingertips might soon come into play as the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) battle group has now become the first one in a decade to near Russian territorial waters in the Arctic—and whose true purpose for being there will be their attempt to defy Russia’s newly enacted order to limit warships crossing the Northeast Passage—but that Russian Military Forces will not allow them to do. Norwegian Intelligence Service releases graphic (above) of February-2018 mock attack by Russian fighter aircraft…

…on the Globus II radar facility located in Vardø-Norway (above) just 50-kilometers from the Russian border.

According to this report, for over 500-years, explorers have sought a passage through the ice-bound Arctic—the only two routes of which are called the Northwest Passage, the sea route to the Pacific Ocean through the Arctic Ocean, along the northern coast of North America via waterways through the Canadian Arctic Archipelago—and the Northeast Passage, which is the shortest sea distance between Europe and Eastern Asia whose route to the Pacific Ocean runs along the Arctic Ocean coasts of Norway and Russia.

For the past two-decades, this report notes, Western nations led by the United States have done virtually nothing to open up the Northwest Passage whose Arctic waters are becoming less ice-bound by the year—as opposed to Russia that has built the largest nuclear-powered ice breaking fleet in history to open up the Northeast Passage—and who have now been joined by the state-of-the-art nuclear icebreaker “Ural” just floated out in St. Petersburg.

…to open up Northeast Passage (blue line) to global shipping now having to use the dangerous Suez Canal route (red line).

This past August-2018, this report details, Russia’s massive historical effort to open up the Northeast Passage for global shipping succeeded when the cargo ship named “Venta Maersk” became the first container vessel to navigate a major Arctic sea on its voyage from Asia to Europe—a feat one would think everyone in the world would celebrate—but who’d be mistaken as instead of celebrating, the West began planning for war against Russia to take the Northeast Passage for itself—and as one would expect from these Westerners, who for centuries have rampaged across the entire globe pillaging everything they can from nations unable to defend themselves.

In full knowing that these Westerners would make war to outright try and steal the Northeast Passage, as they deemed this a cheaper option than building their own nuclear powered icebreaker fleet costing hundreds-of-billions of dollars, this report continues, Russiabegan expanding its military power in the Arctic—a military expansion railed against by the West—but whose logic in doing so makes no sense as the Russian military is only operating within its own nation’s boundaries—that Western nations have no more right to criticize than Russia would if they expanded their own defenses within their own borders.

With the West having never been accused by anyone of using logic to guide them into their never-ending series of failed wars, though, this report further notes, NATO, this past month, rushed hundreds of troops from their member countries and partners (including France, Norway, Finland and Sweden) to the Arctic—where they joined Canadian soldiers, reservists and rangers in war exercises they said was aimed to help alliance forces match Russian readiness in extreme-cold climes—provocations against Russia joined by Britain who said they were embarking on a 10-year plan to send record numbers of troops to the Arctic—the Pentagonannouncing that a new Arcticstrategy was being drawn up, and the USS Harry S. Trumanbecoming the first Americanaircraft carrier inside the Arctic Circlesince the collapse of the Soviet Union, too—all of whose marching orders are, apparently, being guided by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who has begun issuing such bellicose war propaganda statements such as “just because the Arctic is a place of wilderness does not mean it should become a place of lawlessness” and “these provocative actions are part of a pattern of aggressive Russian behavior in the Arctic”—but in both of which he fails to explain exactly how Russia is being “aggressive” and “lawless” for defending its own nation and seaways on its own territory—which, in fact, is what every nation in the world does.

Western nations erupt in war hysteria after learning Russia is preparing to defend the Northeast Passage from being stolen by them.

Most critically not being told to the peoples of these Western nations whose war leaders are attempting to steal for themselves the Northeast Passage, this report concludes, is that Russian war doctrine against US-NATO military forces doesn’t include strategies for large-scale battles—as upon the outbreak of war, Russian military forces would simply launch first-strike nuclear missiles against all US-NATO bases and forces, then sit back and see if the West wanted their cities destroyed, too—a military doctrine best stated as allowing “nuclear weapons use as a means of deterrence of an aggression”—and is what allowed Russialast year to cut its defense budget by the most in decades—as it has more than enough nuclear weapons to obliterate the entire West, as well as its having fully equipped and stocked nuclear bomb shelters to protect all of its citizens.
