RUSSIA DECIMATES MCCAIN'S REBELS NEAR SITE OF DOWNED JET

At least 12 air strikes hit Latakia's northern countryside as pro-government forces clashed with fighters from al Qaeda's Nusra Front and Turkmen insurgents.
