Harry Reid is mad because he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, and is lashing out at the people he views as responsible for it; which is anyone not on life-support, or already in a comma.
Harry Reid is beginning to sound as brain-dead as his primary audience -- the unthinking majority -- who, in a perpetually spellbound state of mind, do indeed derive sustenance and safe harbor in Dirty Harry's vacuous, self-deluded hyperbole. --RR
