ALL WAR SINCE 1928 HAS BEEN ILLEGAL, MILITARY IS BREAKING LAW

THE KELLOGG-BRIAND PACT of 1928 outlines PEACEFUL RESOLUTIONS AS A RULE OF LAW. It was signed by the US and many plenipotentiaries (see link). This means that all wars since then have been illegal, and all military personnel engaged in war have a lawful right to stand down and refuse service in the military. It is not only their moral duty, but their lawful duty to do so. Any military personnel continuing to engage in combat is a criminal act. It is illegal, as it breaches the Kellogg-Briand Pact.
